Hi! I’m Kaitlyn I’m a Chicago-based registered dietitian with a big heart for helping neurodivergent, queer, chronically ill, and disabled folks find real joy in food and eating. I know firsthand that nutrition isn’t one-size-fits-all — it’s about honoring your unique body, brain, and story. Outside of our sessions, you’ll usually find me cozy with yarn in hand, deep in a video game, or hanging out at the park with my pups soaking up the sunshine. I’m here to meet you where you are and support you in building a nourishing, joyful relationship with food that feels right for you.
My practice is rooted in:
Accessibility for all bodies and abilities.
LGBTQIA+ celebration and affirmation.
Respect for neurodivergent minds and sensory needs.
Compassion over compliance.
The phrase “Hello Happy Eating” started as a simple reminder to myself—because for so long, eating felt stressful, confusing, or just plain frustrating. I wanted a way to greet food and nourishment like an old friend: with kindness, curiosity, and a sense of joy. Now, it’s not just a tagline—it’s a mindset I bring to every session and every meal plan. Whether that means discovering new flavors, honoring sensory needs, or learning to listen to your body’s signals, “Hello Happy Eating” is about celebrating the messy, beautiful, and deeply personal journey of finding peace and happiness with food.
Whether you’re looking for gentle guidance, practical tools, or just a space where you feel truly seen, I’d love to work with you. Take a look at the ways I can support you—or let’s hop on a quick call to see if we’re a good fit. Your path to joyful, stress-free eating can start today. 🧡
Food is more than fuel—it’s comfort, culture, connection, and joy. Let’s make it something you actually look forward to
