You can book or adjust your appointments online anytime it’s convenient for you (even at 10 p.m. in your pajamas). You’ll also get your own secure client portal — a one-stop space where you can find session notes, handouts, and helpful resources, all without digging through your inbox.

Helpful Tools (Without the Overwhelm)

You don’t need to be a tech wizard to use the tools we’ll work with. Through the Nourish app, you can log your meals in just a few taps (photos welcome!), get recipe ideas that match your preferences, and access resources right from your phone. If you use a fitness tracker, CGM, or other devices, I can help interpret that data in plain language so it actually makes sense for your goals. These little insights give us a clearer picture of how your body responds — so we can make small, meaningful tweaks that fit your life.
