When Eating Hurts, Food Gets Complicated Fast.

Maybe you feel full after three bites. Maybe nausea runs your day, or your safe list keeps shrinking because everything seems to cause a flare. You've probably been told to "just eat smaller meals" and sent on your way.

I'm a GI dietitian who works with adults whose digestion doesn't follow the rules. We start with what your body can handle today and build from there.

Tube Feeding Dietitian for Adults.

Virtual enteral nutrition support for adults with G tubes and J tubes.

A feeding tube is a tool, not a failure. I support adults using G tubes and J tubes at home, and I coordinate with your medical team so you aren't the messenger between providers.

A Client's Experience With GI and Tube Feeding Support

"From an initial diagnosis of SIBO to now working with enteral nutrition through a feeding tube, she has gone above and beyond… Her patience and validation has meant the world to me."

- Leah, Nourish Client

My Approach to GI Nutrition

Phase 1: Map your patterns. We look at symptoms, timing, textures, energy and what you're eating now, without judgment.

Phase 2: Get enough in. Before we change anything, we make sure your body is fueled with foods you already tolerate.

Phase 3: Expand carefully. If an approach like low FODMAP makes sense, we use it short term and with a plan to bring foods back.

No giant elimination lists. No blame when your gut has a bad day.
